> For my money one of the two best restaurants in Colombia. Only open at lunch, with a five-to-seven-course menu. It's not cheap, but it is incredible. The chef, Mario, is one of a kind: he cooks everything con leña — over a wood fire — and the quality of the produce is superb. It is a world-class restaurant, and I can't recommend the experience enough.
