> The best sushi I have had in Bogotá, and probably in Latin America. Omakase style, incredible quality. Get the tuna menu, and try to go on a night when they do the filleting of the tuna, which you pay extra for. Not cheap, but phenomenal — and still better value than you'd get in the US.
